Night and Day

Our daily life everyday will always start with day and ends in the night. The day symbolizes that we human needs to work and has a life to live and the night symbolizes rest and peace, the night gives us the time to think for tomorrows happenings.
At days we are able to appreciate the things around, meet the people who are significant to us and we could think that everyday we are growing. The day which is the light gives a hope for a new day. Night is the darkness we not usually appreciate the night but it's the we could clearly see heaven and be amazed with the different elements. The night is the perfect to dream and create future just like a sketch pad.

Why do we resist change?

"Change is the only constant thing in the world" this is undeniably true in every living day of our lives.  Changes are happening in our workplace, school, in our family and friends and even to our self. In our workplace policies and regulations may change especially when there is a new management the same in school or there are new students or people who may that change. In our family we may unfortunately lose one of our family members. In our friends, sometimes the friend that we know before who is conservative may now be a liberated  one. Thats changes and sometimes we are afraid of it to happen because we are already happy and contented of how our daily life moves. We resist change because we are afraid that we may lose what we have.

There also other explanations why we resists change, in our mind all our daily routines are being remembered and if there is a sudden change our brain may refuse at first to it because it is something new. If this is change we don't know how to take it or we don't know if it is negative or positive.

My Interests- Movies and Books

I know it is not common to someone to have interests in movies and books but just like anybody out there I'm really fond of watching movies and read books.  I think I can survive a whole day just watching movies with any stories. But most of all I'm fond of movies with love stories and with high-tech gadgets it's a "wow" factor for me. I guess what Im looking for a movie is how they maid it who are the people behind it and what motivates them to that movie. I have my top five favorite movies of all times which are Titanic, The Notebook, Step-up, Armageddon and The Vow.

My interests in books will depend on what kind of book I'am reading. I can read any books from my spare times but not a business book. I especially like books with true to life stories, love stories, suspense, health books, magazines, newspapers, children's book and etc. One of my favorite book was The Guardian and The Notebook by Nicholas Spark,

Why Blog?

When some are addicted to facebook and twitter that it seems that they can't get enough of it. Blogging is another form of social networking, we may ask why do some create blog accounts when they already have facebook and twitter accounts, but the difference when you blog is that you can tell stories which are informative and useful from your own experience.
Aside from it's not just your family and friends can view, everyone in the world can view your blog.
